​Messy Church at the Haven
We are going to have another Messy Church at the Haven on the 4th of June with time for a free lunch and fun! Please pray for the families at the top of the town who attend.

Sunday 4th June
Eddie Lyle from Open Doors will be sharing in our morning service on the 4th June. So do come join if you are able. 
The Message Trust Scotland are running a school’s mission during the week of 12-16 June in local Stirling and Falkirk high schools (Wallace, St Mungo’s, Larbert & Denny). 
The missions week will culminate in a worship gig led by one of their bands  OTC

Wander and Natter
​Time is flying by and it is now time for the May Wander and Natter, join us in Plean Country Park on Saturday 6th of May at 11am! We will be meeting in the Plean Country Park main carpark at 11am or at 10.40am in the Stirling Travelodge carpark to get a lift and share vehicles. Please do get in touch with the office or Anthony for more information.

Bookstall
The Bookstall was a success on Easter Sunday.  It's next open on 7 May.  Do come along and have a look at what titles we currently have.  All Children's books have a 50% discount.  A couple of the Adult books are discounted too.  Adult books include EDWJ Devotional by Selwyn Hughes, Gentle and Lowly by Ortlund Dane and How to Pray by Peter Greig.  If you have any suggestions for books to be included in the Bookstall, please let the church office know.

Prison Fellowship Scotland
Prison Fellowship Scotland are running an information evening on 25th May 2023 at 7.30pm here in SBC. This will be an opportunity to hear about new volunteering opportunities at the new HMP Stirling due to open in the summer of 2023 as well as existing opportunities in other local prisons at HMP Glenochil and HMYOI Polmont. Please do come and join if you are keen to be involved by signing up via Eventbrite!

What's On April

The month of April for SBC starts out very busy with all the Easter activities running in the first week!

Wander and Natter
When: Saturday, 1st April @ 11am
Where: Plean Country Park
Please come and join us this weekend as we do our monthly wander and natter! We will meet in the Plean Country Park main car park at 11am or the Stirling Travelodge car park at 10.40am to share vehicles.

Bookstall
We are planning on running a monthly bookstall starting on Easter Sunday 9th April and thereafter on the 1st Sunday of the month after the service. We have ordered in a selection of books for Adults and Children from Faith Mission Book shop. We are looking to find one or two volunteers that would be keen to help run the bookstall on a monthly basis. Payment will be card only using our card machine. Please get in touch with the Church office if you would be interested in helping support the bookstall. Great for anyone with a love of books.
Startup Stirling
​Current needs:
Ready meals (instant noodles / pasta), toilet roll, long life milk, cup-a-soup, tinned fruit, tinned deserts, tinned veg / tomatoes, cooking sauces. Please use SBC's Donation Station at the bottom of the stone stairs, or donate in any Stirling supermarket.

1 to 1 Listening
There is currently availability on Wednesdays at 11am and 2pm. If it would help to talk to someone, please contact Michele on 07889 631119 to arrange to talk in confidence to one of our experienced and compassionate listeners. 1 to 1 Listening  will be taking a break over Easter and will return on Wednesdays only on the 19th of April.
Counselling Services

Life Centre courses
The Life Centre is going to be running a series of courses focussed on menopause, mental health and creativity. Please contact Michele if you would like to book a place or find out more information.
